Telugu being ignored in Banking

Banking has become part of life. Every citizen is in need of Banking Services at one or the other time. With demonetization, digitization was emphasized. Banking is totally away from ordinary people who know Telugu only. And they became illiterates with the action of banks ignoring Telugu in their day to day work. Telugu known people have to beg staff or other literate (English known persons) people for filling, loaning and ATM activities.

There used to be Telugu in Bank challans and other forms. Loan applications also used to be in Telugu. Now no bank is using Telugu in their forms and are conveniently ignoring. They are printing the forms in English and Hindi at the cost of Telugu depositors and borrowers. All banks are implementing rigorously Hindi in all aspects in Banks and conveniently and purposefully ignoring Telugu.

Most of the ATMs display the menu in English and Hindi and ignore Telugu. How a Telugu known ordinary person can use his Rupay Card without depending on third person. They are being cheated daily and regularly by fraudsters.

Our sincere request is to implement Telugu in all forms being used for public and also in ATMs. There should be monitoring committee for Telugu implementation in Banks. After all it is money belonging to Telugu customers being used for development of other languages like English and Hindi ignoring Telugu.
